Having had personal experience with addiction, suicide and living as a male in a society of “man masks”, I know firsthand the unburdening, empowerment and freedom of Brett’s work. My life was being taken away from me, without my understanding of why. This work has allowed me to reveal truth, share with like-minded men flourish amongst new brothers. It has given me my life back and equipped me with the tools to beat my own powerful drum.

“The work of Dr Brett Dellar doing on men’s mental health is instrumental in cracking open the ‘hard shell’ that is Man. His mission is to help men overcome what is holding them back order to live a truer more meaningful life. Brett shines a light on the masks we as men wear in society, while we needed them and how to finally take them off and thus live in authentic, real life. I have personally witnessed Brett creating real, epic and deep change in my life and others. I recommend ALL men to hear what Brett has to say.

Brett, I would like to take this opportunity to show my gratitude for the help and support you have shown me over the last 7 months since we first met. I was sick and I was tired of all the negative things going on around me in my life, getting emotional all the time for no reason, which I thought, until I met you, and learnt I had issues from years gone by and that I too was wearing a mask.

The new methods (personal tools) I have been taught from you have changed my life completely and I continue to use these tools every day (each only taking a few minutes to do when needed).

That mask has now been removed and my new life’s journey has begun, I thank you again.

One thing I would really like to reach out and tell all the men out there, “Never be too proud to reach out and ask for a helping hand” as I did with Brett.

I hope that by sharing my story, I can show that there is hope and that it is possible to achieve normal things in life living with depression.

I took part in the first momentum workshop that Brett held in February. I was at a stage in my life where I had given up on "feeling normal". I had issues that I'd refused to deal with from my childhood and trauma that couldn't stay buried anymore. It was affecting my work, my friendships and worst of all my family. When Brett had first spoke to me about his workshop and how it would help me, I was sceptical, anxious and terrified. It was honestly "the last thing I wanted to do". But I knew that I had nothing to lose and if it could help, even just a little bit, then surely it was worth a shot.

The lessons I learnt, techniques I was taught and strategies I was given to cope, where instrumental in "fixing a piece of me" that I'd long just assumed was going to be part of who I was forever. The men that where there were a part of my journey during that weekend – they became my brothers.

If I need someone to lean on I know they are there and if they need a shoulder, an ear or a friend, they know they can count on me.

The Momentum workshop changed my life. It changed the way I look at life. It changed the way I interact with my family, my friends. But the biggest change was how I look at myself. I'm more confident, grateful, prouder and I actually like being me.

This course helped me. It can help any man improve his life. The drive down to Myalup on the Friday was intimidating and I was full of self-doubt. I left on the Sunday confident, free and full of believe in myself. It changed my life and the life of those who live with me.

The change that you experience might not be as great as mine, but it could help and even if it's just a little bit, then surely, it's worth a shot.

DR BRETT DELLAR

Presenter

G’day, I’m Dr Brett, the founder of “The moMENtum Revolution”. I’m a student & educator of Life and its challenges.

Since 2018, my mission has been to guide and assist the Men in who may be struggling with different aspects of their life.

This includes their mental health and well-being, past traumas, unresolved issues and helping them gain some clarity and an alternative perspective of their life.

It’s a time for Men to step out of the shadows and into their power to reclaim their life back. Too many have suffered in silence for too long.

This webinar is designed to allow you to see things from a different perspective and to help understand maybe why we, as Men may struggle in today’s world.

Life is a journey where we grow, change, adapt and continually move forward. Don’t be stuck in one spot and continue to pretend everything is okay when it’s not.

I’m looking forward to being a small part of your journey.

(P.S. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic)
