In 2018, I had been suffering from depression for nearly 30 years. I struggled with low energy every day, felt worthless and disconnected in relationships. I didn't like who I was, so I spent hours sitting on the couch watching TV, so I could hide away from everyone.

At the age of 50, Brett faced one of his darkest periods, which sparked a transformative journey.
